Supported Living Services (S.L.S.)

The purpose of Central California's Supported Living Services is to facilitate the opportunity for adults with physical and developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and participate actively in their communities. The program staff assists the adult to achieve his or her goals and dreams, as described in an individualized life plan. Program staff also help to organize a "circle of support" for the individual, which consists of friends and family members who promote his or her efforts to live independently.
